On Spotted: App a business will upload their details, such as who they are, where they are based and what services they offer, along with the radius that they are willing to work. When a customer is looking for a service, they simply type in what they require and will be matched to all the relevant companies who can help in their local area. It really is that easy. Customers can take photos of a job that they require a quote on and the app then deploys this to all the relevant local businesses to quote. Quotes are sent direct to the customer, they can compare businesses, check reviews, look at their website, message, book, pay and much more all completely free. The app does not use algorithms or biased adverts, which is what we believe sets us apart. We give all users as much information as possible, enabling them to make the best-informed decision on who is right for the job.

The Spotted: App enables a business to be visible and found at all times, so when ever a customer wants your service, they can find you. We also notify a business when a local job needs quoting. The app shows a business how many times their Tradecard has been viewed and how many times people have visited their website through the app. We aim to give businesses as much information as possible so they can see how well the app is working for them. If a business is short of work, they have the ability to scroll through the list of local jobs that are available in their local area and send in a quote. Businesses can view jobs that are require pricing and send in bids; bridging the gap between a customer and a business in a faster and more cost- effective way. For this and much more we only charge a business 99p a month to be enlisted. There is only a 50p admin fee if a customer decides to pay securely through the app, although cash payments can be made without the admin fee.
